Executing holistic marketing programs, i.e. ATL/BTL/Event
Generate new customers through innovative marketing plans
Reinforce customer loyalty and prevent churn
Maintain the PJ own medium according to the centrally developed program and layout by PAG including Social Media.
Develop holistic marketing communication plan via ATL/BTL/Digital/Social Media/Event/Sponsorship
Update the PJ homepage integrating the local (PJ/dealers) requirements.
Supervise Porsche Customer Care Center.
Manage relevant agencies and vendors
Develop and execute dialogue marketing programs.
Produce dialogue marketing related materials.
Conduct marketing research to develop and execute PJ marketing strategy
Monitor and analyze customer data of off-line and on-line
Experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing, preferably in an international environment
Change management education and experience
Experience in the automotive industry
Japanese verbal and written skills (Native)
Good command of English language skills
Enthusiasm for Porsche brand, products and services
Knowledge of modern methods, technologies and systems of learning/development
Strategic and conceptual thinker with sense for what is achievable
Excellent project management skills
Excellent presentation skills
